Meetings - The Event Center

FOCUSED SPACES for fresh ideas

From brainstorming sessions to team planning days and board meetings, The Event Center at Hilton Garden Inn Manchester gives smaller groups a comfortable, well-equipped place to do their best work. Set in the heart of downtown, near the historic Millyard and minutes from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, it’s easy for local teams and out-of-town colleagues alike to get here. Our professional event staff takes care of the details so your group can stay focused on the agenda.

THE RIGHT ROOM for the right conversation

Each of our three private spaces welcomes up to 30 guests. The 575-square-foot Manchester Board Room features a conference table, a projector and a motorized screen. The Tower Suite offers a boardroom table, charging stations and a portable projector, while the Park View Suite suits a more relaxed working session or networking reception. Free WiFi and modern AV run throughout, and every room opens onto The Patio when it's time to step outside.

WORK HARD, break well

Our full-service catering team plans menus around your schedule, from a morning coffee setup to working lunches and afternoon snacks. When the sessions wrap, take the team out to The Patio for local craft beer, cocktails and New England favorites with the best view in town over the Fisher Cats ballpark. On game nights, it's an easy way to turn a day of meetings into a team outing everyone will remember.
